Therapy
Couples Therapy is a process by which a couple seeks help from a professional to address concerns they have with their relationship in a safe, non-judgmental, unbiased environment. The licensed professional counselor will utilize a systematic approach when working with the couple.
The couple will learn one another's communication style and how to better understand how their feelings, emotions, actions, and thoughts work together in the relationship. The couple and professional counselor will work together to identify relational goals and techniques to utilize in efforts to meet the desired goal(s).

Family Therapy is a process by which members of the family unit seek help from a professional to address conflict within the unit in a safe, non-judgmental, unbiased environment. The licensed professional counselor may work with the parent(s), child(ren), siblings, blended family members, parent's significant other, and extended family members.
A systems approach is utilized to help each family member understand how one another's feelings, thoughts, behaviors, emotions work together in the relationship(s). The family members will work with the professional counselor to identify goals and skills to utilize in efforts to meet the desired goal(s).
